Technical questions
Q: The product takes a long time to load?
A: This is because the product is very large. Your internet connection could be slow.
Q: The product seems not to work?
A: if for any reason the product does not work
Click on the screen.
If no action then you have two options
First press the “Screen saver” button
If this does not work then click on the “Reload” button option on the web browser.
Then when you try and load the product again it should work.
Q: Something happend and the product stopped
A: Try and click on the "Screen save" button
Q: Can you run two versions of Animal Agentzby buying one copy only?
This version of Animal Agentz is for you and your children only. If the system finds two versions of the product running from two computers at two different locations (e.g. different houses) the product will stop working for you.
This action is done to prevent piracy.
Hospitals, schools, day care centers etc can have a version of Animal Agentz which can run anywhere in their building by buying a site license.
Health issues
Q: Can the product be used by ill children?
A: This product is designed to be used as an educational tool only.
Any medical attention or treatment should not be delayed when professional help is needed.
